Service impact : OVHcloud Kubernetes API could be unavailable for few seconds
Service improvement : From OVHcloud Api, for NodePool resources, the RESIZING value of the "status" attribute will disappear and be replaced by more specific values (UPSCALING and DOWNSCALING, non-definitive naming) depending on whether the NodePool is requesting new nodes or deleting nodes.
For terraform users, an update of the plugin "terraform-provider-ovh" will be required.
