Service impact : Database services are healthy and backed up. However, some secondary backup on Cassandra, M3, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis and OpenSearch engines may take time to synchronise in remote location.
Root cause : Synchronisation automation fall in inconsistent state due to an software issue.
Ongoing actions : Implementing a fix
