As part of our continuous improvement plan, maintenance is scheduled on our network infrastructure.
This may temporarily affect availability.

Service impact : None. Except during the rollback phase (scheduled between 01:00 UTC and 02:00 UTC), access to running PCI instances will not be possible during 1 to 5 minutes.
Service improvement : Following our continuous improvement policy of our products and services, we will carry out a network hardware upgrade in our Graveline Datacenters.
The operation is carried out in several steps:
- Step 1: Preparation of the operation (about 3 hours)
- Step 2: New hardware implementation (about 2 hours)
- Step 3: Test and activation of the new hardware (about 2 hours)
We would like to inform you that during the second phase of our upcoming operation, scheduled for between 01:00 and 02:00 UTC, a rollback may be required. In this case, instances will continue to run, but access will be temporarily impacted for a duration of less than 5 minutes.
