Impacted Service(s) : Creation of new File Storage shares was temporarily unavailable in the SBG5 region.
Customers Impact : Customers were temporarily unable to provision new File Storage shares, as newly created shares ended up in error status.
Root Cause : This incident was caused by a software issue.
