Service impact : OVHcloud Kubernetes API could be unavailable for few seconds
Service improvement : From OVHcloud Api, for NodePool resources, the RESIZING value of the "status" attribute will disappear and be replaced by more specific values (UPSCALING and DOWNSCALING) depending on whether the NodePool is requesting new nodes or deleting nodes. For terraform users, an update of the plugin "terraform-provider-ovh" will be required.
